We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or reduced motion.
01Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site has not yet been independently audited against them.
02What we have done
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the scroll animations and moving illustrations stop and every section shows in its finished state.
- The page content is readable with JavaScript turned off or if it fails to load.
- Interactive controls, such as tabs and buttons, work with a keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
- Illustrations that carry meaning have a text equivalent, for example the comparison of manual review against Refinery is also available as a table to screen readers.
- Body text meets AA colour contrast on the dark background.
03Known limitations
- Several homepage sections use scroll-driven animation, and some loop while in view. They respect reduced motion, but there is not yet a pause control on the page itself.
- Some small labels, such as dates and captions in illustrations, use a lighter grey that meets contrast for large or incidental text only.
- Product screens shown on the site are illustrations, so their small text is not intended to be read on its own; the surrounding text says what each one shows.
